I offer affirming individual and couples therapy for LGBTQ individuals, with specialized expertise in the unique needs and challenges that bisexual/pansexual people experience. I’m a Certified IFS therapist practicing virtually with clients in New York, New Jersey, and Colorado.

I work with individuals and couples who want a therapist who actually understands their identities and relationship structures. My clinical approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a non-pathologizing model that works well for the kinds of things that come up in these communities: invisibility, ostracization, and identity exploration. I am a Certified IFS Therapist through the IFS Institute.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship challenges, coming out (including kink and ENM identity), and sexual shame. I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals and with men specifically on the ways socialization shapes how they show up in relationships.

Sessions are virtual. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey and Colorado.
