As an expressive arts therapist, I wield creativity in the service of healing. I combine my knowledge of the arts with a trauma-informed, person-centered therapeutic approach to meet clients where they’re at. I specialize in areas related to PTSD, trauma, minority and acculturative stress, immigration, domestic violence, partner abuse, relationships, depression, and anxiety. In addition, I have experience working with individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, femme, and/or neurodivergent. I speak both English and Vietnamese.
$200 per session. At the G&STC, we accept Healthfirst and Aetna insurance.
