While I see people of all identities, I specialize in seeing youth and adults at the intersection of LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and disabled experiences, including those in the kink and poly communities. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative, working to find approaches that work best for you. As a queer, trans, and auDHD clinician, my work is grounded in the principles of disability justice and anti-oppressive frameworks that center your bodily autonomy and personal agency.

In my practice, I often pull from ACT, parts work, narrative therapy, and existential therapy. I have a deep knowledge of executive functioning, neurodivergent cognition, and sensory processing that I often use to help clients understand experiences and support needs.

I offer appointments for individuals and couples in-person and virtually. Masks are available. For clients who are non-speaking or prefer other modes of communication, Alternative or Augmented Communication (AAC) options are available.
