Dana Savage MA, LMHC-D

psychotherapist
NPI #1790625234; LMHC-D #017032

I work with high-achievers, LGBTQ+ adults, creatives, and neurodivergent individuals facing complex life, identity, or relationship challenges. My clients often feel stuck in recurring cycles and want more than passive listening. My approach is active, relational, and intentionally confrontational. Rather than simply validating, I join your worldview to offer paradoxical feedback and challenge ingrained patterns. Therapy with me can be uncomfortable and disruptive, but it is deeply meaningful—designed to wake you up so you can see yourself clearly and move differently in the world. My work is queer, kink, and poly affirming.

I work with couples who feel failed by past relationship therapy, as well as partners seeking short-term discernment work or sex therapy. With individuals, I provide direct, targeted support for adults navigating complex relational patterns, major life transitions, compulsive behaviors—helping you break old cycles and move forward with clarity.

If you’re ready to address anxiety, burnout, trauma, or identity shifts, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re working through ADHD, OCD, attachment wounds, or sexual well-being, I offer an active, collaborative space to help you break old patterns and build a path forward. Reach out today to take the next step together.
